Nothing in these Terms limits 7edbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. In all other cases, 7edbd's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

7edbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — such as a change to withdrawal processing timelines, bonus conditions, or eligibility criteria — registered players will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
